Atlas packaging machines supplies a very extensive range of high-quality and durable vertical packers (also called VFFS or vertical form-fill-seal machines) for the food and non-food industry. Packaging types such as a pillow, block bottom, quaddro (stabilo), carry fresh, sachet and vertical Doypack (Doystyle) are among our options.

Most VFFS vertical packaging machines are used to pack the so-called bulk goods. Think of: snacks, various parts, chips, animal feed, candy, frozen products, coffee, tea, but also fresh vegetables. These products are often dosed with a linear weigher, multihead weigher or volume doser.

Atlas packaging machines can supply you with the right combination. The VFFS machine is also ideal for packaging powders and/or granules. We can provide you a total solution with our servo-driven auger fillers.

We have solutions for very small packages to fairly large packages. We can pack from 2 g to 25 kg on our vertical packaging machines. The maximum bag width that we can process is 600 mm. We can supply these machines as stand-alone, but also as a complete solution. The big advantage for you is that you have one contact person. All our machines comply with the latest innovations in the field of design, control, electrical, safety and hygiene. Our machines are largely made of high-quality stainless steel material and equipped with a very stable frame. In terms of used parts, we often use famous brands such as Siemens, Danfoss, Schneider, Omron, Sick, SEW, Festo, etc. Many of our machines are equipped with servo technology and have a recipe in the multilingual touchscreen. The format changes can be carried out quickly, easily and without the use of tools. This makes our machines very user-friendly, they run more stable and a format change is faster and easier to realize.

We can offer good solutions from 20 packs/min to about 120 packs/min. Our machines have a high production capacity and are very reliable. The machines can be equipped with a continuous or intermittent sealing system and in different versions: mechanical, electronic or servo controlled.
