Atlas packaging machines are the ideal partner for packing your solids in a preformed DOYPACK (upright bag), QUADRO, block bottom or flat bag.

Atlas Packaging Machines offers various options and solutions for packing solids. This includes zipper opening, gas flushing, evacuation, processing euro hole bags, special sealing options, etc. Depending on product and speed, we can combine the packaging machine with one of our volume dosers, linear weighers or multihead weighers.

If this solution does not suit your product, we are happy to think along about a custom-made solution. We can supply multiheads from 10 heads to 24 heads. We can mix up to 4 products. Our IP 65 multihead weighers are of the latest generation and are completely modular in terms of control with a fast processor and a canbus system. This means high speeds, very high accuracy and easy maintenance. We can supply these multiheads in many different versions and complete with big bag unloading stations, feed vibrators, different lifting systems, etc.

If you want to use your own multihead or other dosing machine, that is of course also possible.

We can process the following bag types on our machines: Doypack (stand-up bag), flat bag, quadro bag, side gusset bag, flat bottom bag or block bottom. These types of bag often involves resealable bags with a zipper , Velcro or slider zipper. If the bags contain a Eurohole, we have the right solution for that too. Our doypack machines can process bag sizes from 80 mm to 400 mm wide up to a maximum of 500 mm high.

Doypack flexible packaging with resealable strip

A doypack is a flexible packaging that is designed in such a way that it can remain upright. In popular parlance, a doypack is also called a stand-up bag. The product has a firmly sealed bottom so that it remains stable upright.

This product is an ideal solution for presenting loose as well as bulk products in a professional manner. Because a doypack is presented standing up on the shop shelf, your packaging is more visible to the consumer.

A unique feature of a doypack is that a resealable strip can be applied. With this strip, also called zipper, the packaging is easy to close and reopen. We supply a doypack machine for both the food sector (e.g. chocolate, candy, snacks, nuts, pet foods, etc.) and in the non-food sector (e.g. detergents).
