Packaging liquids in Doypack/stand up pouch with or without spout

Atlas packaging machines is the right partner for packaging your soups, sauces or liquids in a pre-formed DOYPACK (stand up bag), bag with center spout, bag with corner spout or flat bag.

Depending on the product to be dosed, we have different systems for filling. Such as: Pneumatic volume pumps, servo driven volume pumps, flow meters, gear pumps. If you want to use your own doser, that is of course also possible.

Our liquid packaging machines can be divided into two categories. Category 1: Filling through the spout and capping. Category 2: Fill via the open top or bottom of the bag and seal. These machines are equipped with at least 2 sealing stations.

These seal stations can be designed as a heat seal, but also as an ultrasonic seal station. Gas injection or steam injection is possible. To minimize the head space above the product (very important for products that have to be sterilized), the machines are equipped with an air ejector. This is located under the 1st seal station. Speeds up to 100/min can be realized on our duplex machines. Bag sizes from 80 mm wide to 300 mm wide can be processed. There is also the possibility on some of our machines to evacuate the packaging.
